Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ODS data models supporting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) workflows.
Write and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
Collaborate with product teams and data governance to map data from source systems to ODS.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and consistency across systems.
Support data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation from source systems
Work closely with architects and product owners to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
Participate in unit testing, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
Support production deployment and post-implementation validation.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills:
5 8 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and data engineering.
Strong expertise in database schema design and data modelling (OLTP/ODS).
Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an added advantage.
Domain & Functional Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with KYC, AML, CDD, or EDD processes in financial institutions.
Exposure to banking data governance, risk, or compliance systems.
Understanding of data controls and regulatory reporting requirements.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business logic into SQL transformations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
