Job Title: IT Project Manager (Healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare, Data Analytics & Reporting Cognos/OBIEE)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proven experience providing guidance and oversight to large teams within the IT healthcare sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing software implementation or in-house application development projects utilizing standard project methodologies (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience delivering IT projects in the healthcare industry, specifically within Medicaid or Medicare systems.
- Background in collaborating with State, Federal, or Local government agencies.
- Skilled in analyzing and developing reporting solutions for senior management, power users, and ad hoc needs using industry-standard reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, OBIEE).
- Expertise in data analysis, data mining, and working with complex systems and relational databases.
- Experience operating within a formal Project Management Office (PMO), collaborating with Project Managers and teams, applying standardized methodologies (waterfall, agile), leveraging templates, and contributing to project deployment readiness assessments.
