Position Title: SAP Program Director
Location: Preferred - Ohio (Remote with occasional travel)
Type: 18-Month Contract
Compensation: Up to $95-100/hr (W2 or C2C)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Program Director to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide SAP ERP implementation for a major 3rd Party Logistics line of business. This is a senior-level opportunity requiring proven experience in managing large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs in highly matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a multi-year execution roadmap for SAP ERP implementation.
Define and manage program budget, forecasts, timelines, and resource planning.
Oversee multiple workstreams with program managers and senior project managers reporting in.
Ensure successful deployment of the SAP solution through strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
Lead portfolio reporting and program-wide oversight.
Identify and drive resolution of escalated issues across cross-functional teams.
Apply hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project management principles throughout the lifecycle.
Engage with senior leadership to align strategic objectives with program delivery.
Mentor and coach program-level PMO resources.
Qualifications:
12+ years of overall experience in Program/Project Management, with a focus on SAP or ERP implementations.
Proven leadership experience overseeing large-scale ERP programs with multiple workstreams.
Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and highly matrixed enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience in M&A or system integration projects is a plus.
PMP Certification preferred.
Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

A Director-level Program Manager with a track record of leading major ERP transformation initiatives.
Comfortable operating at a strategic level while ensuring day-to-day execution and delivery.
Has built and executed complex program plans, budgets, and team structures.
Experienced in navigating enterprise organizations and aligning cross-functional teams toward common goals.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates located in Ohio due to the leadership visibility and engagement required for this key initiative.
