Job Title: Certified Safe Practice Consultant (SPC) Lead Agile Coach
Location: Reston, VA, which will taper down within 6-9 months. Candidates MUST reside in DMV+WV areas.
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire
Interview: Video + Face 2 Face
Required
- 10+ years of overall experience in the use of Lead Agile and leading Agile transformation efforts.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach title (Hiring manager will not consider a candidate with a recent or current Scrum Master title)
- Active Safe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification, either version 6.0 or 5.0.
- Experience leading Agile transformations for technological products (an example is their data platform, but any technology infrastructure of software-related experience will do)
