RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Designer III to join their team onsite in Mountain View, CA. In this role you will be helping us redesign the product based on new incoming tax changes, as well as updates based on our latest technology stack.

Responsibilities:
* UX/UI Designer III will deliver frameworks, principles, and designs on a broad range of projects to accelerate large initiatives and align stakeholders across different teams and business units
* Works on scalable platform solutions with velocity and rigor by leveraging and contributing to our Intuit design system and innovating using new and existing tech capabilities
* Develops prototypes for evaluative research and works with other designers on ideal state prototypes -Strong user and advocate of the design process
* Knows when to use which tools and methodologies and actively teaches them to others
* Apply design thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
* As a UX/UI Designer III, you will operate independently to drive design in partnership with many stakeholders across Design, Development, Product Management, Data/Analytics, Service Design
* Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of product design experience with strong visual and interaction skills
* Experienced in a variety of methods and processes including design thinking, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles, and customer research
* Experience in leveraging and extending an established design system
* Strong knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research
* Track record of delivering quality visual and interaction designs such as complex flows, detailed UI specs, on multiple projects within a project team or across teams
* Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use
* Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
* A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level
* Strong online portfolio available for viewing
* Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams, groups, and functions to deliver great results with velocity and rigor
* Able to influence a broad audience through strong narratives and visualizing ideas
* Nice to have: Experience with Tax software, consumer fintech or form design

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
