Title: Labeling Lead

Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months contract or full time position

Responsibilities:

• Discuss with the customer's cross-functional team to understand project requirements.
• Create a Master Label Template in Loftware Applications (Prisym/Nice Label) with relevant placeholders.
• Deploy the Labelling Solution - Prisym.
• Perform test prints on Dynamic Data Printing in the production environment to establish a smooth production workflow.
• Align with different worksites throughout the organization to ensure a smooth production workflow.
• Review project status, manage schedules, and prepare periodic status reports for the Customer and LTTS Leadership team.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet project objectives and plans.
• Challenge functional groups, external suppliers, and internal plants to meet program goals and schedules.
• Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans to ensure business and project objectives are met.
• Coordinate and collaborate between LTTS and the Customer team.
• Review deliverables shared by the LTTS team.

Experience:

• Experience in creating Master Label Templates with relevant placeholders.
• Experience in managing Label Development in Nicelabel/Prisym.
• Experience in Label Artwork Process/Workflow/Dynamic Data Printing.
• Medical device industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
