Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Are you an experienced RPA professional looking to make an impact? Our client is seeking a talented RPA UiPath Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge automation solutions. If you re a certified UiPath Automation Solution Architect with a track record of driving large-scale automation projects, we d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient workflows.
Architect scalable, maintainable automation frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
Oversee integration of RPA with existing systems for seamless automation.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure design/coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex RPA issues.
Stay current on UiPath advancements to enhance automation solutions.
Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect certification (mandatory).
Extensive RPA experience with UiPath.
Proven leadership of large-scale automation projects.
Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems.
Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with physician services or hospital systems.
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
