RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Analyst in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
* In addition to analysis, assessments and change strategies and plans, the resource will have experience developing work products that support the change management plans; Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst)
* Develops content including standard operating procedures, how to knowledge articles, training materials, and project impacts for dissemination to non-technical and technical users; Ability to write and communicate changes to users including technical changes in clear, concise terms
* Supports the development and maintenance of relationships within IT and across the business stakeholders; Develops and executes communications plans to communicate project impacts across the company in an effort to provide transparency Into the projects
* Works closely with team members and management to implement and support effective solutions for change management with technology, standards, and best practices
* Supports process improvement efforts within the team and across IT
* Contributes to an inclusive environment by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members and TTX leaders; Actively embodies values and behaviors including accountability ethics, and customer-centric service; Contributes to a culture of trust and transparency by sharing information openly and deliberately
REQUIREMENTS:
* Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments
* Experience working with and reaching all levels of employees
* Experience on large efforts with company-wide impact
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and experience with graphic design or visual representation of content to convey messaging
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align development initiatives with business objectives
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
* Strong leader that can inspire and motivate others to achieve results
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and drive for results within the organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
