Job Details

Job Title : Support Technician

Job Location : Manhattan, NY

Job duration : 6 months contract to Hire

Job Description :

  • 1-2 years of experience in a desktop support or help desk role (MSP experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with server and networking equipment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and general desktop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • A+ or similar technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
