- Update, repair, modify, and expand existing computer programs to enhance functionality and performance.
- Support a non-complex degree of structured analysis, including impact and compatibility analysis, cost analysis, and computer capability analysis.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies for potential software projects or improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand user/customer requirements and interface needs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality. Document software components, processes, and user guides as needed.
Intermediate:
- Develop, run tests, and maintain current computer programs that provide instructions computers must follow to perform their functions.

Conduct and guide structured analysis, including impact and compatibility analysis, cost analysis, and computer capability analysis for large-scale software projects.
- Lead feasibility studies to evaluate potential software solutions, considering technical, financial, and operational factors.
- Design and optimize user/customer interfaces, ensuring exceptional user experience and adherence to best practices.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and intermediate team members.
