The ideal candidate will be passionate about system modeling and possess excellant skills in Systems Modeling Language (SysML). As a senior SysML Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining system models for complex engineering projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful design, analysis, and optimization of systems across various domains.

System Design and Architecture
Job Duties -
- As a Senior SysML Developer, you will be responsible for the development of client products across several markets including automotive, healthcare, and consumer devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- SysML Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed system models using Systems Modeling Language (SysML) to capture system requirements, architecture, behavior, and relationships.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and translate system requirements into comprehensive SysML models, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- System Design and Architecture: Design system architectures and define system components, interfaces, and constraints within SysML models, facilitating clear communication and understanding among team members.
- Verification and Validation: Conduct verification and validation activities on SysML models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with system requirements and specifications.
- Model Integration: Integrate SysML models with other engineering tools and software platforms to support simulation, analysis, and documentation throughout the system development lifecycle.
Job Requirements -Required Skills:
- 8+Proven experience in system modeling and design using Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
- 8+ Proficiency in SysML modeling tools such as MagicDraw or related
- Experience implementing system architecture with DeSo modeling tools, performance and faults simulations, HMI testing, etc.
- Experience with No Magic Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience with Communication Protocols: WiFi, CAN interface experience
- Ability to analyze and implement to requirements
- Self Directed Problem Solver who is able to collaborate with the team
- Implementation, reqs traceability, bench testing experience
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Experienced with ASPICE (Level 3 minimum) development guidelines
- Experienced with following MISRA guidelines and resolving MISRA and Lint issues
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

These would be a plus:
- InCose Certification
- System FMEA + Hazard Analysis experience
- Experienced with software task management: Jira, Code Collaborator, etc.
- Medical background
