Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional strategies and system enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, analyze data, and drive impactful decisions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert promotion planning needs into actionable system features and workflows.
Evaluate promotional and optimization data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for better decision-making.
Propose and implement process improvements to streamline and standardize trade promotion operations.
Create detailed documentation to validate new business requirements and ensure clear communication across teams.
Support testing, deployment, and training activities to facilitate successful adoption of new solutions.
Advocate for change by guiding teams through the adoption of innovative tools, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in trade promotion, analytics, or related fields.
Proven expertise in revenue growth management, pricing, or trade promotion optimization within retail or related industries.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret predictive analytics and machine learning outputs for diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are advantageous.
Hands-on experience with predictive analytics, optimization models, and automation tools.
Proficiency in SQL optimization and familiarity with algorithm performance evaluation.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of platforms and tools relevant to trade promotion and data analysis.
