Position: Endur Software Developer V

Overview

Williams is seeking a highly skilled Endur Software Developer V to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of hands-on experience with Endur, Java, and Oracle integration, providing both technical leadership and architectural direction across multiple initiatives.

This role requires a strong technical background, a proactive leadership approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of complex enterprise software solutions.
• Set the technical direction and architecture for major software projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement technology strategy and best practices.
• Serve as a technical mentor and coach to software developers and technical leads.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, scalability, and performance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, system design sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Endur, Java-based systems, and Oracle databases.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with:
• Endur (mandatory; no exceptions or equivalents accepted)
• Java programming and related frameworks
• Oracle database integration and development
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and guide solution implementation.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration.

Education

• Required: Associate degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of software development experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Leadership in large-scale system design and deployment.
• Experience working in energy, trading, or financial technology environments.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and modern cloud-based architectures.
