Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with practice group leaders, attorneys, and internal teams to develop and execute business development and marketing plans.
- Support key client initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and gather market intelligence and competitive insights.
- Prepare customized, high-quality pitch materials, RFP responses, and proposals that align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with global BD teams to identify and advance cross-practice and cross-border opportunities.
- Manage and update marketing collateral, including practice descriptions, case studies, web content, and rankings.
- Evaluate and manage sponsorships, events, and partnership opportunities to ensure ROI and visibility.
- Lead the submission process for industry awards, directories, and rankings.
- Plan and oversee client events, CLE programs, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate with communications teams on media outreach, PR, and digital content relevant to the IWCD and litigation practices.
- Contribute to broader business development operations, improving processes, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, law, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing and business development experience, with at least 5 years in a law firm.
- Demonstrated success supporting Litigation practice experience with Investigations or White Collar Defense is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and drive initiatives forward.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and experience databases.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
