RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an OCM Track Lead Project Manager in Wilmington, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of the OCM and Security and Controls tracks
* Oversee the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks within the track, including defining requirements, business processes, testing, and training
* Drive collaboration among functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders
* Develop detailed project plans and schedules
* Track and report on the status of key deliverables, milestones, and timelines
* Manage scope and track changes
* Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews with stakeholders to drive decision-making and issue resolution
* Proactively identify potential risks and issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale, cross functional projects
* Proven experience leading large-scale projects within cross-functional teams and driving results
* Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
* Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing
* Strong project management skills with experience in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
* Proficiency in project management tools
* Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage stakeholder expectations
* Oracle and cloud solution experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
