Job Description:
- Produce high quality documents, familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Develop training documentation, quick reference guides, on-line documents, user- guides and create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of application modules.
- Computer Skills.
- Data migration.
- Self-starter / directed with the ability to manage work / deliverables per schedule.
- Experienced technical writer with the ability to simplify and standardize templates (continuously improve the process).
Requirements:
- Business analyst background with technology familiarity of design documentation.
- This role will engage at all levels of the enterprise technology team and effort, delivering key documentation and assisting in roadmap and backlog creation.
