Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT and Professional Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst with strong Power BI skills for a Direct Hire opportunity (FTE). Location for the position would either be Cincinnati, OH or San Antonio, TX.
As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A, you'll contribute significantly to the evolution and improvement of financial processes within our company, which is supported by private equity.
Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to refine FP&A practices and reporting tools. You'll leverage your analytical prowess to offer valuable insights into financial performance and trends. Additionally, you'll be tasked with creating visually engaging and informative reports using Power BI, and translating business needs into actionable analyses. Ensuring data accuracy through SQL expertise, you'll also develop intricate financial models to facilitate forecasting and strategic decision-making. Automation of financial processes will be a key focus, enhancing efficiency and precision.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields, with an MBA or relevant certifications considered advantageous. A minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, along with advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, is required. Familiarity with private equity environments is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential, as is the capacity for occasional overnight travel.
