Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, phones, and other peripherals

Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other commonly used applications

Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and other systems

Track and document issues using a ticketing system; escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support

Educate users on best practices for IT security, software usage, and general troubleshooting

Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and larger technical initiatives

Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets

Qualifications:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk)

Familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience in an enterprise or multi-user environment

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
