Position: IT Support Specialist
Duration: One Year
Location: Santa Clara, CA - Onsite
Job Description:
Proven experience delivering high-quality technical support to end users
Proficient in supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS platforms, including troubleshooting OS-level issues and managing updates.
Capable of diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues both remotely and in person.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions across a range of technical issues.
