Looking for an Accounting and Financial Analyst to help with the month end close and the management of our contracts. The main thing needed is someone with Ariba experience who is able to build ad-hoc reports and manage the contract submission process.

Accounting/Finance

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor and track expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify actions needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial and contractual documents.
• Review Supplier invoice details - identify inconsistencies/issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Contract

• Coordinate the necessary documentation to support the submission of a contract.
• Track/follow-up on the progress of inflight contracts to ensure Program compliance.
• Support Procurement Team in resolving any disputes or issues, with suppliers, related to contracts.

Reporting

• Build Ariba reports to support process improvement initiatives

Ad Hoc

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with program members, internal accounting/finance teams, and other external stakeholders.
• Work with Project Transformation Office members to support Program financial related activities.

Skills:

• SAP/Ariba Accounting/Finance experience
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
