Position: ServiceNow CSM Architect
Duration: 12+ Months contract
Location: REMOTE
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate should be a true expert in ServiceNow CSM, ideally with experience across project leadership, solutioning, and architecture.
- Look for ServiceNow Architect, but with deep, hands-on expertise in CSM.
- Certifications (ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, CSM Implementation Specialist, etc.)
- Strong client-facing, advisory, and leadership capabilities are a must.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years focused on Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong experience in designing and implementing CSM modules such as:
Case Management
Agent Workspace
Virtual Agent
Advanced Work Assignment
Knowledge Management
Community and Engagement Channels
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or FSM is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
ServiceNow certifications preferred:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
CSM Implementation Specialist
Certified Application Developer
Architect certifications (preferred)
