This is an onsite Help Desk Technician role based in Phoenix, AZ with a tight-knit IT team that supports a growing local organization. You'll handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and keep systems running smoothly for internal users. Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, M365, and common business apps
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Ability to configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Excellent communication with non-technical users
- Ability to work onsite in Phoenix 5 days a week
- CompTIA A+ or Security+
- Exposure to Azure AD, Intune, or basic scripting (PowerShell)
- Experience supporting small IT projects
