Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Application Management Services (AMS) and Implementation projects with a focus on SAP Public Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver SAP FSM implementation and AMS projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSM solutions and deliverables.
• Configure and customize SAP FSM modules within the SAP Public Cloud environment.
• Conduct requirement workshops, design solutions, and document business processes and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Development, Integration, Analytics, and Business Stakeholders).
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices in SAP FSM and cloud-based service solutions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests under AMS scope, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Stay current with SAP Public Cloud/FSM updates, features, and industry trends to continuously improve client environments.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and effort estimation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with at least 3+ years in SAP FSM.
• Proven experience with SAP FSM implementation and AMS projects, especially in SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FSM functionalities: workforce management, resource scheduling, mobile service execution, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and interfacing FSM with other SAP or non-SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• SAP FSM certification or relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in integrating SAP FSM with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Fiori apps, or SAP Analytics for Service.
• Exposure to other SAP Public Cloud modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Finance) is a plus.
