Title : Salesforce Developer - 144870
Location : Lansing, MI
Duration : 12 + Months
Client : State of MI - Hybrid Interview Process: Candidates submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of any MS Teams interview to validate candidate.
Remote or On-site: Accepting local candidates within an hour of Lansing ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of development/testing experience using Salesforce Apex in enterprise software architecture environment
- 1+ year of API Integration experience
- Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas - Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II
- Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduledand Batch classes etc.
- Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities or Knowledge
Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience(at least 1 or more of the following Salesforce modules:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Communities and knowledge
- Experience building integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.
- A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools such as ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE
- Experience with ETL tools
- Utilizing Agile processes, principles, and techniques, create, verify, document, and implement top-notch business and technical solutions on Salesforce
- Any development experience in UI technologies such as Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript is a plus
- Experience in training/mentoring a junior developer is a plus
- Experience/understanding of healthcare industry is a plus
