Job Description
This is a temporary position.
The Senior Manager for Performance Accountability - Technology Products is responsible for the analysis, planning, and coordination of technology activities for the QPower and QA Site systems. This role will collaborate with Performance Accountability business partners, a mix of internal Marriott technology teams, and 3rd party vendors to drive the successful delivery of solutions. This includes enterprise compliance, security, and technical due diligence projects. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining a well-groomed product backlog of changes to support the integration and cutover with a new guestVoice platform.
The Senior Manager will demonstrate management skills and leadership in a highly matrixed environment. They must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on numerous competing priorities. The candidate will have an analytical and technical background with a proven record of creative solutioning and problem-solving. In addition, the candidate will have experience in evaluating SaaS/COTS solutions and developing multi-year technology product roadmaps.

- Coordinate and drive the cross-functional execution of key development activities with our 3rd party vendors, internal technology teams, and business partners
- Define and socialize product requirements - document use cases, workflows, and wireframes to support development
- Coordinate testing and acceptance of system changes between vendors and MI business partners
- Coordinate with support teams for problem resolution
- Evaluate product improvements and new technical solutions to align with business objectives
