Pay Range:$51.26-$73.24/Hrs
Description
Manage daily operations of technology platforms.
Identify and resolve production issues through incident tickets.
Communicate effectively with development and business operations teams.
Demonstrate flexibility and quickly establish credibility among technical peers.
Handle various production support roles and use monitoring tools.
Provide front-line technical support to end users for issue resolution.
Work closely with Technology Infrastructure and Development Testing Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead production support issues and incidents.
Ensure production and performance SLAs are met.
Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work for technology support.
Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as an escalation point for unresolved problems and service requests.
Resolve complex issues requiring analysis of identifiable factors.
Support on-call rotation for off-hours and weekend support as needed.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL, or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven knowledge in Java/J2EE, server-side technologies, and middleware components.
Strong operating system knowledge in Unix and Windows, including scripting skills.
Experience with databases and query performance tuning.
Knowledge of event-driven and schedule-driven batch processes.
