Analytics/Execution by performing impact analysis and sharing findings to help inform priority decisions and accelerate feature and user story definition and refinement
Documentation by creating, maintaining and sharing complex business flow diagrams such as process maps, data flows, lists of controls, and test cases
Requirements Gathering/Development by partnering with team members to ensure a thorough understanding of the relevant user stories and any viability constraints such as Legal, Compliance or RIM.
Testing Collaboration by assisting the agile team in execution of testing as needed by the team
Subject Matter Expert by serving as a subject matter expert for select products and/or processes
Agile by adhering to agile standards for the firm and your scrum or kanban team
Areas of Responsibility include:
Assisting/Participating in PI Planning and agile ceremonies
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
Expert in writing JIRA stories and story mapping with the PO based on business flow
Metrics & Reporting
Communication:
o Overall team communication
o Impediments to team
o Stakeholder communication
o Liaison between vendors/technology team members/key stakeholders
Proactively search for process improvement opportunities
