Position Summary

The Graphic Designer plays a key executional role in developing creative assets across digital, print, and sales channels to support brand and revenue growth. This position focuses on producing high-volume, high-quality materials for multi-channel campaigns—spanning e-commerce, wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and retail environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Design: Produce digital and print assets supporting e-commerce, wholesale, retail, and marketing initiatives.

  • E-Commerce Content: Create and adapt visuals for online product listings, landing pages, and digital storefronts optimized for engagement and conversion.

  • Digital Campaigns: Design graphics for social media, email marketing, paid ads, and web updates, tailoring assets by platform and audience.

  • Print Collateral: Develop production-ready designs for catalogs, signage, brochures, and trade show materials.

  • AI-Assisted Design: Utilize modern creative tools, including AI-driven software, to streamline design tasks, accelerate asset scaling, and enhance creative variety.

  • Presentation Support: Build branded presentation decks and templates for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

  • Asset Production: Update, resize, and adapt existing materials into new formats with accuracy and speed.

  • Brand Consistency: Apply brand standards across all deliverables to maintain a unified visual identity.

  • Asset Management: Organize and version creative files for efficient access across internal teams.

  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, and cross-functional stakeholders to align visuals with campaign goals.

  • Vendor Coordination: Work with print and production partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4+ years of experience in an in-house or agency design role.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with modern digital design platforms (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar).

  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted design tools for workflow acceleration.

  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Knowledge of both print and digital production processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.


Preferred Skills

  • Basic motion graphics or short-form video editing.

  • Familiarity with basic web design or HTML/CSS for simple content adjustments.

  • Experience producing creative assets for e-commerce, consumer products, or retail channels.
