Summary
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Product Specialist to lead and support initiatives related to Enterprise CMS platforms. The current environment is based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with an active migration to Sanity CMS. This role will manage tasks, provide clear summaries, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of both no-code and code-based workflows, while contributing to content strategy and prioritization.

Summary
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Product Specialist to lead and support initiatives related to Enterprise CMS platforms. This role will manage tasks, provide clear summaries, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of both no-code and code-based workflows, while contributing to content strategy and prioritization.
WKey Responsibilities
- Manage and document tasks for CMS enhancements and migration projects
- Support no-code and code implementations on AEM until migration completion
- Drive migration from AEM to Sanity CMS with minimal disruption
- Assist in content strategy development aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with development teams for execution and delivery
- Prioritize tasks and initiatives for maximum impact
- Provide regular status updates and summaries for stakeholders
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Digital Analyst or Product Owner with Enterprise CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS solutions
- Strong understanding of no-code tools and basic coding practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with any enterprise CMS is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in migration projects, content workflows, and content strategy
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
