Job Details
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
- Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management aned monitoring and integrations
- Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises.
- Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
- Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services.
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
- 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor s tool products
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
- CIS Event Management
- Micro certification Health log analytics
- ServiceNow AIOPS certification
- Web Development experience a significant plus
- Javascripting experience
- ITIL v3 Expert designation
