Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other's ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better. It's the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. In this role, you will join the Apple Retail Engineering FrontEnd team as a FrontEnd Engineer, contributing to the development and enhancement of Apple's e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will include the construction and maintenance of high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless customer experiences across various devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative design concepts.
Description Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications for Apple's Online Store in collaboration with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers. Write clean, modular, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user engagement, delivering seamless experiences for millions globally. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, cross-browser issues, and enforce code quality through peer reviews and testing. Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and contribute to enhancing frontend architecture. Uphold the highest standards in security, accessibility (WCAG), and design fidelity.
