Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA [Remote/ Onsite].

Duration: Full Time.

Job Description:

As an AI Research Engineer (Agentic AI), you will drive experimentation and prototyping in LAM architectures, action space modeling, and multi-agent orchestration.

• You ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge research into working systems.
• What You ll Do Design, implement, and experiment with LAM architectures for enterprise workflows
• Explore Agent Development Frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP) and integrate them into orchestration pipelines.
• Build simulation environments to test Agent-to-Agent communication and decision-making strategies Conduct research on planning, reasoning, and multi-modal action grounding Analyze experimental results, optimize performance, and document findings for internal and external knowledge sharing Strong background in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or NLP
• Experience with Python and frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with large foundation models (text and vision)
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, tool-use APIs, or multi-agent systems
• Understanding of orchestration logic how to route between APIs, RPA, and computer-use actions
• Research mindset: ability to read, implement, and improve on latest academic papers

Nice to have

• exposure to process mining, planning algorithms, or symbolic reasoning
