Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite Position Monday - Friday)
Direct hire, Full Time
Start date: Oct/Nov 2025
Salary range: $110-130KYR DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Consults with the VP of Operations on the responsibilities associated with creating and executing a
global operations strategy that aligns with company overall objectives strategy, focused on departments, vendors, personnel and efficiencies.
This includes but is not limited to manufacturing, facility maintenance, labor and raw materials, ensuring budgets are met.
Accountable in coordination with the VP of Operations for meeting (or beating) the facility gross profit margin and net profit margin targets, including target raw material inventory levels are achieved.
Coordinates efforts for the capital expenses and forecast submissions for the California operations with the VP of Operations
Responsible for the warehouse performance metrics, planning and maximizing efficiencies .
Responsible for the compliance with local laws and regulations for business operations within
California.
Responsible for holding weekly production meetings with facility manufacturing manages and
coordinating closely with the Quality department and Supply Chain to ensure orders stay on schedule and bottlenecks or challenges are addressed in a timely and proactive manner.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent
5-10 Years' experience in Manufacturing Leadership.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Operations / Lean Management with P&L responsibility at the plant level.
Expert ability to communicate effectively with others including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to employees.
Knowledge and ability to prepare and follow a budget.
Proven success designing, implementing, communicating and meeting KPI goals, including reducing supply chain costs, improving through put, shortening cycle time and improving inventory turns.
Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen or comparable training preferred
Proficient ability to effectively recruit, hire, coach, train and develop, retain and redirect employees as needed to produce and maintain a successful team.
Relationship building skills including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within the organization and leverage influential leadership
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps and NetSuite and other cloud computing platforms.
Expected Travel is approximately 20%. Driving to and from Costa Mesa and Oceanside locations, daily or weekly as needed. Also travel to/from SLC, UT
