Role: ServiceNow WSD Techno-Solution Specialist
Location: Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 6+ months
Required Skills
ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
Extensive experience in configuration, scripting, and solution design.
Deep knowledge of the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suite of applications.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript preferred).
Experience with ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and architectural frameworks.
Lead technical implementation and development efforts on the ServiceNow WSD platform.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workplace Service Delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
