Role: ServiceNow WSD Techno-Solution Specialist
Location: Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 6+ months

Required Skills

  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise:

    • Extensive experience in configuration, scripting, and solution design.

    • Deep knowledge of the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suite of applications.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript preferred).

    • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.

    • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and architectural frameworks.

  • Lead technical implementation and development efforts on the ServiceNow WSD platform.
