Location: 100% Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience with Oracle ORC and ORC day-to-day support (that does not go to HRSC), Journey tasks, Redwood Support, Oracle quarterly releases and CWBs analysis & testing of updates plus follow-ups, Jira story creation & management to bi-weekly release schedule, ServiceNow ticket queue management, Scenarios & testing for fixes, releases, etc.
