Summary
Pay Rate: 22.00/hr
Driving: No
Dress Code: Associate must dress business casual while on-site. No jeans.
Interview Type: Virtual first
This is a one-person site where the Site Manager will be managing a print production/mail center.
Daily duties will require mail, print/copy production, back-up reception support, and light hospitality (setting up/cleaning up conference rooms).
They will not be responsible for managing anyone else, however, they will have a higher level of responsibility due to the fact that this is a one-person site and they will produce monthly reporting.
The manager is looking for someone who is self-motivated, independent, reliable, and responsible.
The manager would also like for candidates to have legal experience and/or experience in a copy center.
Facilities management experience would also be relevant and helpful.
Parking is the responsibility of the candidate.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred.
Preferred computer experience and proficiency working with programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe (pdf), and legal software.
Preferred experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.

Reporting directly to the enterprise Field Manager, this role serves as the primary point of contact for all site-related matters and is expected to deliver high-quality service with minimal supervision.
The Site Leader supports a variety of office functions including copy, production, scanning, fax, mail and shipping, hospitality assistance, conference room setup and scheduling, receptionist backup, and inventory control.
This individual must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with senior-level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, vendors, and staff.
The Site Leader is also responsible for implementing and reviewing procedures for compliance and continuous improvement and tracking operational data to support client billing needs.
Additionally, the role includes maintaining profitability at the site and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client workflow.
This position requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic legal environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
