Summary:
Seeking a Technical Lead / MuleSoft Architect with 6 10 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity and strong background in Insurance (Life & Annuities, Property & Casualty) domains. Responsible for leading technical integrations, ensuring API lifecycle management, and implementing innovative solutions. Requires proactive collaboration and leadership in a hybrid work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead design & development of API-led MuleSoft integration solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Provide technical expertise in API Lifecycle Management and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Life & Annuities Insurance domain
- Innovate and implement improvements in integration solutions
- Ensure industry standard compliance (P&C Insurance)
- Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot API performance, implement fixes for reliability and performance enhancement
- Create and maintain documentation for integration solutions
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct workshops and training for MuleSoft technology adoption
