Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA/ San Ramon, CA

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain core Workday HCM modules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business processes.
Design and implement security groups, access controls, and user roles within Workday.
Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Develop and execute EIB integrations for data loads and ongoing data management.
Configure HCM compensation components, including bonus, merit, and allowance plans.
Implement and optimize Advanced Compensation functionality for complex compensation cycles.
Collaborate with HR functional leads and technical teams to analyze requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
Support testing, validation, and documentation of Workday configurations and integrations.
Provide post-deployment support and resolve configuration or data-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant or similar role.
Strong expertise in Workday HCM configuration, Advanced Compensation, and Security.
Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, calculated fields, and advanced custom reporting.
Experience configuring and supporting Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
Workday certification(s) in HCM Core and Advanced Compensation preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders.
