We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with HL7 with deep expertise on Java, J2EE, Angular, Rest APIs, HL7s.

Job Description

Preferred Work Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in IT
• At least 4 years experience working in an Agile framework with digital products
• Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies
• Strong expertise with system design, software development.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to showcase previous digital product improvements that you owned
• Demonstrate how you ve leveraged Customer Experience processes to act as an advocate for customers
• Experience in healthcare or laboratory systems is highly desirable

Knowledge:

• Customer Experience Management
• Design Thinking
• Business/Digital Analysis
• Healthcare or clinical lab industry knowledge beneficial

Skills:

• Experience with laboratory information systems or similar healthcare IT platforms is preferred.
• Java, J2EE, Angular, Rest APIs, HL7s.
• Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Beyond the typical communications skills, an ability to tell a story is a must have what does the data tell us?
