Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead transformative projects from the comfort of your home. We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive key initiatives in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee two critical projects within the MMIS program, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the EDW and EPMO components of the State of IL MMIS program.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to drive project success and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize your project management expertise to streamline processes and enhance overall project efficiency.

Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in MMIS and large DDI project management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience exceeding the required skill set, demonstrating advanced capabilities in project management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry projects and initiatives.
