Product Manager- Experimentation
12-month contract
On-site in Manhattan
$85-$90p/h
About the role:
The Product Manager, Experimentation will drive the day-to-day delivery of experiments across our portfolio of ELC brands. Through close partnership with engineering, data science, and product, this person will ensure each experiment in our program is delivered with quality and that the program maintains at a predictable velocity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with experimentation & A/B testing and is well-versed in experiment design. You should be comfortable going into technical depth with the experimentation delivery teams to ensure that our solutions are sound from a technical, statistical, and business perspective.
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree
* 3+ years of product management or related experience working on A/B and multi-variant testing
* A proven track record of planning and shipping experiments - ideally in a project or product manager role
* A strong attention to detail and project management skills
* An aptitude for complexity, able to handle multiple work streams and tests simultaneously
* Understanding of web development best practices and common frameworks
* Experience interpreting results and summarizing experiment findings into polished presentations for senior leadership.
* Bonus Points: Familiarity with Optimizely Web & Feature Testing platforms, JIRA, Confluence, Agile Product Owner Certification
