Job Details
Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Gibraltar Ct, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months
Special note: Need only local candidate from Sunnyvale, CA (nearby 30 miles) or California state who can relocate at client's location.
Must have:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer.
- Strong in MacOS (60%) and Linux, Windows (40%) operating system with troubleshoot and resolve hardware (e.g., printers, docking stations, monitors).
- Must be experienced in G-Suite/Google Workspace , including Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other collaboration tools.
- Hand-on with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) and MDM tools such as Jamf Pro, Intune or similar solutions.
