Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA
Type: Full-time


We are seeking a Director of Corporate Systems to lead and optimize the application portfolio supporting HR, Global Operations (Facilities, Security, and Project Management), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Legal functions. This role will be responsible for driving system strategy, managing cross-functional technology initiatives, and ensuring scalable, integrated, and efficient enterprise operations.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute enterprise system roadmaps across HR, Security, Facilities, GRC, Legal, and related operational domains.




  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of key corporate systems, including selection, implementation, administration, and optimization.




  • Identify process inefficiencies and deliver technology solutions that streamline workflows and improve productivity.




  • Serve as subject matter expert and systems administrator across multiple platforms.




  • Lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives such as onboarding/offboarding automation, office buildouts, emergency and occupancy management, and compliance programs.




  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure systems align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.




Core Platforms & Systems Experience:




  • HR Technology: Workday (strongly preferred), other HCM/HRIS platforms.




  • ITSM/Project Management: ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).




  • Workplace Systems:




    • Facilities Management (e.g., Eptura, iOffice)




    • Space Management (e.g., Robin)




    • Guest Management (e.g., ID/Badge Scanning Systems)




    • Security & Safety (e.g., Access Control, Video Surveillance, Everbridge, License Plate Recognition, Incident Management)




    • Real Estate & Lease Management






  • Risk Management & GRC: Platforms such as Star Compliance, MIR3, OneTrust.




  • Legal Systems: iManage, Rightsline, DocuSign, Lexis/Nexis.




  • Communications Tools: MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, WebEx.




Qualifications:




  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership.




  • Strong expertise in systems supporting HR, Facilities, Security, EHS, GRC, and Legal.




  • Proven success in business process design, system integration, and project/product management.




  • Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise-grade platforms.




  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
