World Wide Technology is looking for a Nintex K2 Five Platform Support Engineer. This role is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $80.00 to $90.00 hourly on W2 hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Nintex K2 Five Platform Support Engineer

Hybrid role - three days a week onsite (Locations: Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled support engineer with experience in Nintex K2 Five and SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE) to join our engineering team. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining our engineering infrastructure, specifically related to workflow platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in the migration of legacy InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer solutions, support platform stability, and work closely with Engineering and Operations Teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Nintex K2 Five platform within our engineering environment.
  • Assist with the migration of InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows to the Nintex platform.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance or configuration issues in SharePoint SE and Nintex environments.
  • Support servers build, patching, testing, and solution deployments as part of the Engineering team.
  • Provide Engineering support to Operations teams and participate in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of environment setup, configuration changes, and known issues.
  • Collaborate with operations, and product, and application owners to ensure reliable secure platform performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience administering and supporting Nintex K2 Five and SharePoint SE in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands on experience migrating or supporting InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows.
  • Familiarity with on-premises SharePoint Infrastructure, services, and web applications.
  • Working knowledge of basic development or scripting (PowerShell, workflow logic, form design).
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, particularly in a complex multi-server environment.
  • Comfortable working in an engineering or testing environment with evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work across technical teams.
