Responsibilities
Lead Content Strategy & Execution for Owned Properties
Own the creation and implementation of the North America (NAR) 360 Strategic Plan for direct-to-consumer channels, ensuring alignment with customer and category needs across all owned digital properties.
Website Management (.com / .ca)
Oversee site architecture, usability, and consumer flow. Manage page creation, deployment, and localization in partnership with global and cross-functional teams. Drive optimization initiatives to enhance digital experience.
Content Development & Optimization
Recommend and deploy content that drives brand advocacy, product education, and engagement, informed by industry trends, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights. Collaborate with creative teams to A/B test assets for conversion improvement.
SEO Strategy
Own and lead SEO roadmap, including keyword research, technical audits, competitive assessments, and on-page optimization across all categories.
Retail .com Support
Support content optimization for key retail partners websites (e.g., Walmart, Costco) to ensure consistency and maximize conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Act as key point of contact for global teams and business units to articulate new page deployments, templates, and layouts. Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of content strategy.
Technical Regional Project Management
End-2-end management of projects for content and website deployment, technical implementation. Work with IT and cross-functional technical teams.
Minimum Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Bachelor s degree with 2+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing research, or data analysis
OR Master s degree with no prior experience required
