Description & Requirements

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Center for Security Evaluation (CSE), focusing on ICD 702 mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client content and systems using advanced data analysis techniques.

- Identify core components and relationships in content and data sources to address technical security vulnerabilities.

- Evaluate technical security needs and vulnerabilities, offering informed recommendations on tool selection.

- Assist project management in ensuring timely submission of client deliverables and managing project timelines.

- Facilitate collaboration across business and technology functions to deliver integrated technical solutions.

- Support client meetings, workshops, and focus groups, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Primary Duties:

- Serve as a technical security and intelligence analyst, supporting the integration and enhancement of IC TSSC programs.

- Coordinate TSSC exercises and integrate various technical surveillance disciplines.

- Provide independent reviews and assessments of technical threats to US SCIFS.

- Develop reports, briefings, and decision papers for senior leaders and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.

- Manage industry engagements and lead technical discussions.

- Participate in technical program management meetings and reviews.

- Serve as the liaison between government leadership and technical security program stakeholders.

- Conduct deep dive data and process analysis.

- Manage JIRA task tracking.

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- 8 years' experience in technical analysis or a related field.

- Familiarity with the IC intelligence cycle.

- Strong relationship management skills.

- Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance.

- Experience in client-facing roles.

- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving client needs.

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Agile principles and tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Willingness to share ideas and collaborate in a team environment.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience or Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience.

- Experience in technical surveillance disciplines.

- Knowledge of ICD 702 doctrine.

- Experience with intelligence reporting and interagency collaboration.

- Experience with Confluence platform.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
