Job Summary
Raytheon is seeking a Product Cyber Travel Information Systems Security Officer-P3 to join our elite Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team for the Systems Directorate in developing solutions to protect the Warfighter's technology advantage. Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Cyber Security, Anti-Tamper (AT), Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on our products. Join our highly visible team and perform technically challenging assignments, which will directly contribute to protecting our nation and our warfighters. This is an onsite position at Raytheon in Marlborough, MA.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.

What You Will Do
- Implement proper cybersecurity controls for the Family of Radars products
- Interact with USG customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness
- Maintain a Risk Management Framework Authorization to Operate for the system
- Support developing plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans
- Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems in conjunction with the Cyber CPT
- Consult and assist program leadership with SSE architectures
- Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component
- Integrate cybersecurity development activities
- Support the development of top-level system requirements, requirements flowdown, and implementation of concepts to subsystem
- Maintain compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Experience in Cybersecurity Engineering
- Ability to meet DoD 8140 / 8570 requirements within 6 months of taking the position
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Systems Engineering
- DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-II Compliant Certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
