Job Details

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics to lead and deliver business-focused automation and reporting solutions. This role will manage IT projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and leverage data, automation, and AI fundamentals to improve business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT and business automation projects from planning through implementation

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to:

    • Define project objectives

    • Gather and document requirements

    • Ensure successful delivery

  • Design and implement process automations using:

    • Power Automate

    • SharePoint

    • Microsoft Lists

    • Power Apps

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using:

    • Power BI

    • Microsoft Fabric

  • Support database-related work, ensuring:

    • Proper relational design

    • Data integrity

    • Efficient data structures

  • Apply AI fundamentals to enhance workflows, automation, and analytics

  • Track and manage:

    • Project timelines

    • Budgets

    • Risks

    • Stakeholder communications

  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and best practices

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

  • 3 5 years of proven experience managing IT projects

  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams

  • Strong proficiency with:

    • Power BI

    • Power Automate

  • Working knowledge of:

    • SQL Server

    • Relational database concepts

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with:

    • SharePoint

    • Microsoft Lists

    • Power Apps

    • Microsoft Fabric

  • Understanding of AI concepts and their application in business environments

  • Experience delivering automation or analytics-driven business improvements
