Job Title: Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer

Location : Cedar Rapids, IA

Interview Mode : Skype

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
• Strong background with Oracle technologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in process design and workflow analysis.
• Strong configuration, coding, and analytical output experience.
• Proven track record supporting Utilities business processes and operations.
• Deep experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.

Preferred Competencies:

• Solid understanding of systems analysis, server, and network operating systems.
• Familiarity with project management principles and IT security best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable training and mentoring team members or end-users.
• Able to evaluate third-party applications for compatibility and integration.
• Willingness to respond to on-call emergencies and provide timely resolution.
