Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA.
• This role is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end OTC processes while integrating modern commerce channel flows like online ordering and in-store pickups.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in core-to-cash functions and managing initiatives like RFO (Request for Order) and cross-functional fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage OTC-related projects across sales, fulfilment, finance, and customer service teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into project deliverables.
• Drive execution of projects involving online sales channels, in-store pickup models, and returns management.
• Oversee Core-to-Cash process optimization including order processing, fulfilment, invoicing, and collections.
• Manage RFO (Request for Order) workflows, ensuring timely response, accuracy, and system integration.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards.
• Track project timelines, budget, milestones, and manage risk proactively.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and delivery.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
• Understanding of online channel order patterns including "buy online, pick up in store (BOPIS)" and digital commerce flows.
• Strong experience with RFO (Request for Order) and managing quote-to-order cycles.
• Experience in Core-to-Cash processes from order entry to cash application.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience working in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
